Worst service department After a year of owning my vehicle it was time to get the oil changed, light came on at 6,000 I took it in and was told to ignore it and just come back After a year of owning my vehicle it was time to get the oil changed, light came on at 6,000 I took it in and was told to ignore it and just come back at 10,000 miles which I did, service was completed however the light was not reseted. I noticed a day later and when I called it was 10 minutes before they closed which meant no one at the service center was there to answer a call.After speaking with a sales manager I was told I would get a phone at 8:30 am next day (Saturday). Called came in at 7:50 am which I missed . Message was hard to understand, seems like they don’t value customers time as I did not received an apology for their error on resetting the light. After being on the phone for 25 minutes they scheduled someone to come and reset the light Writing this review because I couldn’t get an email to place my complaint. Unfortunately I have to take my car to this place to get service as I took the service package. More
