I would give negative stars if I could. Paid for diagnostics and went to pick up the vehicle only to find out the exhaust system had been stolen. Honda stated that it wasn't their responsibility to diagnostics and went to pick up the vehicle only to find out the exhaust system had been stolen. Honda stated that it wasn't their responsibility to let us know the vehicle sounded like it was missing the exhaust. Not only was the service manager extremely rude but the general manager Kent said he was absolutely not going to do anything about it. Not one ounce of respect or concern was given but only a total lack of customer care and concern. Furthermore the moment we explained that there was a problem with the vehicle their immediate response was that they could trade us out of the vehicle and put us in a new one. More
Never been to a dealership who tells you that the car is yours, you sign paperwork, the car is cleaned and ready for you to drive off, you're given vin number to add insurance, given price for down payment, yours, you sign paperwork, the car is cleaned and ready for you to drive off, you're given vin number to add insurance, given price for down payment, and told what payments will be and total price...all that 5 hours worth of time, then told the bank wants more money. Still lost on that. Pure craziness is my best explanation. I will add to my worse experience list ever. Selling lies for no reason. More

We were driving on the interstate and stopped for a break. Our passenger side sliding door would not close. It was slightly ajar and a constant beeping sound occurred. Luckily we realized we were about 10 minutes away from the Lumberton Honda dealership in Lumberton, North Carolina. We went to the dealership and received excellent service. Even without an appointment, they immediately began looking at the car. We were at the dealership for over 2 hours. However, they figured out a fix that would at least allow the door to remain shut for the remainder of the trip. We were over 5 hours away from our home in Alexandria, Virginia. Many thanks to this great service department!! More

I have had multiple bad experiences at car dealerships. I had nothing but the best experience at Lumberton Honda. I told Angela over the phone that I was not 100% sure I wanted to buy a car and she assured me that there would be no pressure, that I would be treated like family. They didn't disappoint. Kalena was my salesperson and she was very patient with me through test driving 3 cars and negotiating my payment down to something I could live with. I got more for my trade than what it was worth (a lot more, my old car was special in all the wrong ways). I got a 2016 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost with leather interior that I LOVE. I have never loved any car I have ever owned before. Lumberton Honda is worth the drive. More

This was my first time buying a car and it started well and I was very happy with my Accord but as time went on I found that not only was I originally charged the new price for a used car but was lied to a and I was very happy with my Accord but as time went on I found that not only was I originally charged the new price for a used car but was lied to about having a 100, 000 mile warranty, had locking lug nuts and no key to unlock they to change my flat tire, was never giving my paperwork the first time like I should have, was lied to about the price of the car when I questioned about it upon having to go back to Lumberton from Fayetteville for the 3rd time to redue my finance paperwork (I think because they realized they over charged me), they held my paperwork up that was to go to the license plate office and after calling and leaving 3 messages that were never returned for the woman over sending the information out and picking up the plates I had to speak with 3 other people before I talked to one that was about to find out what was going on and received my plate on day 41 after purchasing my car. Oh and to add the cherry on top the sale person I had ended up getting fired and all I got from the manager after expressing my anger about not getting the one thing that I said was a non negotiable (100, 000 mile warranty because I drive over 450 miles a week for work) an "I'm sorry and unfortunately we had to let her go." I now only deal with Bryan Honda for all of my needs and wish I would have purchased from they More
