Lugoff Toyota - Service Center

Lugoff Toyota are downright crooks. I’m going to do my best to tell everyone I know just how crooked they are! I took my car to Lugoff Toyota for an oil change and because my fan belt I’m going to do my best to tell everyone I know just how crooked they are! I took my car to Lugoff Toyota for an oil change and because my fan belt was squeaking. They told me I needed a new water pump and quoted me almost $900 for parts and labor. I told them never mind. I called another shop and got a quote of $330 for the same parts and labor. Well this morning the mechanic at the shop I took my car to, told me I didn’t need anything but a new belt! I did not even need a new water pump. I’m a senior and a woman so I guess Lugoff Toyota thought they could rip me off. What crooks! Crooks! Crooks! Crooks! More

25k service only requires tire rotation, however I had them re-balance the tires, they found a nail in the tire-plugged it. Also the alignment was off so they completed a front end alignment.
