After I made the appointment, I mentioned that I might be interested in step up bars for my truck. When I got to the dealership, Tommy Hancok was efficient and got my truck back to the maintenance area quickly. I checked with parts and Eric had a printout ready for me with step up options and prices. While I waited, I had a nice conversation with Tommy Lee and Cody DeBruhl about how fair they were about price and trade in when I purchased my Tacoma from them in June and Ira Thomas was also very thorough and quick with financing. Great dealership. Great experience More

Bottom line: we left each time with a new vehicle and everyone from sales, management, finance and service has been terrific! Poor Service and Service Manager I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extra cab 4x4. Went in for an oil change and was charged almost $60.00 dollars. When I went out to get into my truck my gl I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extra cab 4x4. Went in for an oil change and was charged almost $60.00 dollars. When I went out to get into my truck my glove box was open and was also broken. All the contents in the glove box was in the floor of the truck. There was grease on the driver side door panel of the truck and on the outside of the door. Spoke to the service manager about it and he was very rude and offered no help in the matter. I then spoke to the general manager and was offered a refund on the oil change. This is very poor service on the person that performed the work and on the service manager for not taking care of the customer. More

NOT HAPPY WITH THE AFTER SERVICE OF THE VECHILE Tommy Lee was my sales person who was great. Ira Thomas was my sales person who was great. As far as the service department I have little faith. I purchased a 2010 Chev traverse that some one had traded in. The service department didn't do a good job on checking the vechile out. The air was not working and I had to pay for some of that cost. The kicker was the timming belt/chain needs to be replaced. I got the extended warranty. I took my car to Capitol Chev where I'm with out a car and was told that I could get a loner with I took it when I called Megan she said NO they would not give me a loner for this.Its like once you signed it's no longer there problem. More

Fixed my Ford when the Ford dealership would not I had just had my F150 serviced at the Ford Dealership across from Lugoff Toyota. When I left the dealership, the service engine light came on.
