FEELS LIKE HOME I went this past Saturday to have my 30k mile service. The minute I pulled in and walked to the counter the first thing Megan said was, hey Mrs. Davi I went this past Saturday to have my 30k mile service. The minute I pulled in and walked to the counter the first thing Megan said was, hey Mrs. Davis, good to see you, it's been a long time. Which she was right because the last time I was due I had to go to a dealership in VA. (Difference in night and day, by the way) That impressed me that she immediately said hey to me and knew it had been a while since I was there last. But, this is the service I have always received from Lugoff Toyota. Every time I go, every single person that I have know since June 2015, comes over and speaks to me and you just don't see that anymore at fast paced businesses. I bought my Highlander from Jamie but to this day, everyone comes over and speaks and that truly means a lot to me. Megan has always taken care of me when I arrived and even with telephone calls. I could go locally but it's worth my Saturday mornings to go to Lugoff where the employees go above and beyond always. Thanks for remembering your customers no matter how long ago. Gaye A.
