Best customer service I had the opportunity to encounter the folks working at Toyota in Lugoff, SC recently. The service department staff was knowledgeable and helpful whe I had the opportunity to encounter the folks working at Toyota in Lugoff, SC recently. The service department staff was knowledgeable and helpful when my car needed attention. Unfortunately my car was in need of more than I was willing to give. So I decided to look at the other vehicles on the lot. To my good fortune, Trenton Reed, salesman, that greeted me with a smile. He accommodated my desire to test drive a Very wide variety of different vehicles. Trenton was super kind to my boys, while they talked almost non-stop. He is an asset to the company, superior people skills & knows about cars. . The sales manager that assisted with the value of my trade-in was understanding of the fact that I had enough stress with my car trouble. I had been there almost 5 hours at that time. I bought a new Toyota Corolla that day and as my boys and I walked out to drive home, we saw a rainbow in the sky above the dealership. I knew God was reminding me, He is here. But my boys ran back inside to get their new friend, Trenton, so that ,he could see the rainbow, too. A very irksome day, turned out great, thanks to the KINDNESS shown to me from a stranger. Driving towards a new future. I recently brought in my 1998 Toyota 4Runner for service. The service department was great in getting the "fix it list" together for me to review. I recently brought in my 1998 Toyota 4Runner for service. The service department was great in getting the "fix it list" together for me to review. Looking at the cost it would take to get the 20 year old truck back on the road it seemed like the best approach was maybe a new vehicle. Now I was not there in anyway shape or form to get a new vehicle, but after talking to the Lugoff Toyota Team, they helped me get into a new 2018 Toyota Tundra with payments I could afford. So far the truck is a great fit for my needs and my family. This is a great new "investment" for me going forward. Now I know vehicles lose value once you leave the lot, but I see this as an "investment" towards a future with a reliable vehicle that I can depend on for a long time. Overall experience was fantastic and I look forward to see what the Lugoff Toyota Team brings to the table in the future. More

Wonderful! I purchased my vehicle from Lugoff Toyota back in 2016 after losing my car in the 2015 flood. I must say I spent a lot of hours there but came out on I purchased my vehicle from Lugoff Toyota back in 2016 after losing my car in the 2015 flood. I must say I spent a lot of hours there but came out on top! I got the car I wanted and for a great price. My salesman was totally cool! Very down to Earth and patient ( I'm not the easiest consumer to deal with). Fast forward to today, I needed some vehicle maintenance and was told I needed tires. Boy was I NOT expecting that! Luckily, Jordan Steele took care of me! She made sure I got what I needed and ensure it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Although I didn't get the tires I purchased, I can honestly say I'm pretty satisfied. Thanks Lugoff Toyota! I will be recommending this dealership! More
