This is a great dealership. We've been going here for quite a while and have always had great service. Our family has purchased several vehicles here and we have always been very satisfied. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie James several years ago in the service department. He always communicated the progress well and gave great advice. He has now become Parts manager. (Congratulations!!!) Since then, I usually work with Tommy or Ian. They both have continued the tradition of great service. We had two older vehicles that we regularly got serviced as well as a newer one that we took there for routine maintenance. However, we came to the realization that it was time to get a new vehicle. As soon as I pulled up, Mike Coral came out and introduced himself and our new vehicle, a 2023 Tundra 4X4. With in minutes, he produced the key and took it on the first test drive. After we sat a the table and talked, I never felt pressured or part of a good-salesman/evil sales manager game. In fact, the sales manager came out and chatted as well. A while later, my wife arrive and we had our second test drive. She agreed with my initial assessment and announced that it had been "Charlotte tested and Charlotte approved". Lugoff Toyota are downright crooks. I’m going to do my best to tell everyone I know just how crooked they are! I took my car to Lugoff Toyota for an oil change and because my fan belt I’m going to do my best to tell everyone I know just how crooked they are! I took my car to Lugoff Toyota for an oil change and because my fan belt was squeaking. They told me I needed a new water pump and quoted me almost $900 for parts and labor. I told them never mind. I called another shop and got a quote of $330 for the same parts and labor. Well this morning the mechanic at the shop I took my car to, told me I didn’t need anything but a new belt! I did not even need a new water pump. I’m a senior and a woman so I guess Lugoff Toyota thought they could rip me off. What crooks! Crooks! Crooks! Crooks! More
