Second Generation Tacoma Purchase I bought a truck from Matt Baker back in 2008 and the way he treats a customer is something that you don’t ever forget. I looked him up and introduced I bought a truck from Matt Baker back in 2008 and the way he treats a customer is something that you don’t ever forget. New Car Purchase My wife and I were looking for a new car. We searched dealership websites to find something to fit our needs and located a model with the equipment an My wife and I were looking for a new car. We searched dealership websites to find something to fit our needs and located a model with the equipment and amenities we wanted. We drove to Lugoff Toyota and was greeted by Nick Howell, who helped us to find the model we were interested in to test drive. He was very informative, knowledgeable, courteous and was very eager to help show us all of the equipment and how it all worked. When the negotiating started I found out that the advertised price was different than what I was being shown. I understand that taxes and tags are not included, but there were dealer supplied packages and other things that brought the price up several thousand of dollars, so the advertised price is not the actual price. However, we were able to come to an agreement on price and made a deal. I realize it was late in the day and they were busy, however I don't feel enough time was given to discuss the various warranties the car came with or, if we were supposed to receive any free oil changes or services, which we apparently are as there is a sticker on the window stating the first oil change was free. I've seen other local Toyota dealer advertisements stating 24 months complimentary oil changes and various services, but I'm not sure if we get that or not. The financial person spent several minutes trying to sell me multiple warranties and service plans which I declined. I wish there had been more follow through at the end of the deal. More

Buying a new car Nick was great from beginning to end. Friendly and knowledgeable with the car he was trying to sell.
