Great experience from beginning to end! I was highly impressed with this dealership. It was the fourth dealership we visited over a three-day period. We were greeted by a member of the sales I was highly impressed with this dealership. It was the fourth dealership we visited over a three-day period. We were greeted by a member of the sales team...a lady named Tristan. At first she seemed young, however, it did not take long for my husband and I to realize- she was well-trained as well as versed about the RAV4 fp that we wanted to purchase. We stated the two colors we would consider and also let her know what our favorite color was. She was quite friendly and professional, then quickly showed us the inventory. It was awesome and on point with what the vehicle was worth. We ended up purchasing our favorite color. She was a pleasure to work with as well as everyone else that day. No pressure whatsoever. We were happy with the sales team, they didn't try to add any thing extra on that my husband said we did not prefer upon closing. Also spent last time there and that was with purchasing the vehicle. It went smooth and quickly. I will say one thing, the dealership has impeccable customer service! They exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Since we are a family that only buys Toyota's, we will definitely be back as our young driver will be buying a new car within 10 months. And we will hope to work with Tristan again. My husband was impressed by her knowledge and we didn't second-guess a thing after she started telling us about the vehicle. We had only wanted to purchase or Toyota but at the same time, it was nice to know she was trained well and well verse about the vehicles.
