I was initially told that parts had to be ordered for my vehicle and I would have to come back the next day. After a few minutes, the associate returned and I was told the parts needed were located in the parts department which had been ordered for another past customer, but were never installed, so the parts were installed on my vehicle much to my satisfaction!
