Reasonable and easy to work with, really wanted to make sure I was happy with my used Expedition. Noah was our young salesman and he was exceptional. Very nice and honest young man. The manager, Ralph was sure I was happy with my used Expedition. Noah was our young salesman and he was exceptional. Very nice and honest young man. The manager, Ralph was also very good. He made sure that any concern of ours was addressed and fixed. I haven’t been to a dealership to purchase a car in over 30 years, but these people were different. Sales manager was very aggressive and lied several times to me. I was told one thing about it he financing and when I was In office to sign papers it was the opposite of what I was told and what I asked fo to me. My service experience was very favorable. I called to set-up an appt and the service person worked me in even though the service dept was already booked. I was able to drop both vehicles to get servic set-up an appt and the service person worked me in even though the service dept was already booked.
