We LOVE our hometown car dealership!! So much so we drove 600 miles back to SC in order to purchase our 3rd vehicle from LUGOFF TOYOTA!! We had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We have dealt w with Dick Dyer Toyota previously. I must say that with both cars purchased, it was an ALL day process. Sales group was fine but a very expensive warranty was added during the financial part that was not discussed at any time nor did I sign for it. I still have not received a detailed copy of the items that were included in the dealer installed options that I was charged $2700 for. More
