I was skeptical of going to a car dealership on my own looking for a new car because I have been taken advantage of in the past. We have been looking for an Avalon for a couple of months. We have an Avalon now and wanted to purchase another one. Ralph went over all of the details and we made a deal the same day..We were not able to drive the car home due to an eye problem and they delivered my car for me the next day.. Trevor worked extremely hard to find what I wanted. When there was something I didn't like he fixed it! We played tug a war a few times, but he never seemed to get frustrated with me.
