From the moment we drove in the Lugoff Toyota dealership we were treated courtiously and respectfully. We were greated by Clyde and asked, how could he help us? We informed him we were just browseing, he said that was fine. If we had any questions or he could help in any way just give him a shout. He then backed off into the background to give us some privacy, but close enough to offer assistance. I really appreciated that, unlike the feeling I think we have all experienced at some dealerships that make you feel like your a raw piece of meat in a sharks tank. After bouncing from one vehicle to another Clyde came back to ask if he could explain some of the difference between the models we were looking at. Clyde was VERY knowledgeable and therefore VERY helpful. We went inside and he went over more of the standard features and options available. Then came the normal dreaded deal of crunching numbers. He took our information and our list of wants to Brad. Shortly after Brad came out to introduce himself. He let us know what was going on and clarify some of the things we were looking for. After a little negotiation on both sides we were in the ball park of what we wanted and he tuned us over to Samer. Samer then went into GREAT detail on some of the different maintenance & warrenty options available. He explained the differances between them and then asked what was our intention for length of owning the vehicle and expected annual milage. He then recommended what he thought was the best options for us. Again the negotiations began. When it was all said and done we purchased a new Camry. Overall it was a very smooth transaction and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in and give them a shot. I'm sure Clyde will assist you in the same manner he did us. Pam More

Everyone at Logoff Toyota really has the customer in mind. I have been getting my oil changed and the guys in the service department are very friendly and honest with the customer. Once again, I take my hat off to this dealership. This is the 3rd Toyota that I've bought from this dealer and I have never come away with less than a fully satisfied feeling from the experience. Ralph spent over 6 hours with us test driving various vehicles before one was finally selected. The sales manager and finance team bent over backwards to make sure we got the very best deal available to us. When I'm ready to buy another vehicle, this is where I'm going. This time we checked out dealers all over the region and after the dust cleared, nobody could beat this dealer for sales and service quality. Next time, I'll go straight to this place and save time. The reason for me rating the way I did because I needed a car. I had look at other cars at dealers.So I decided to look elsewhere. I was just out looking, had no idea I would be buying a car. We were looking at the car and your salesman Ralph Haper came to us We talk a bit and he told us to test drive the car and then he took us back for a drive to show us how all the equipment work. Dealt with a well-mannered, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was search for my aunt. I felt very comfortable that Trevor would take care of her so I sent my aunt in to see Trevor and she boug knowledgeable. I was search for my aunt. Once there, we realized we'd made the right decision. I knew I wanted a Prius, but the car I wanted was not on the lot. The sales manager searched through inventory at other dealerships and incoming shipments to find the car I wanted. When the car arrived in the states, I was kept apprized of it's progress to the dealership and me. When I went to pick up my new Prius, it was just as I had ordered it. More
