I normally service my Toyota Avalon at this dealership and have been very happy with their service department. While waiting on my car I saw the sign about getting my old car appraised for free as a trad and have been very happy with their service department. While waiting on my car I saw the sign about getting my old car appraised for free as a trade-in, so with a little time on my hands I had it done which led to my introduction to Tracey Pinkerton from the Sales Department. I told her I loved my Avalon and would be looking at a new one some time in the future since it was 7 years old with 140K miles on it. So with little pressure she showed me some new Avalons and with a no pressure approach I decided over the next week to purchase a new car. Tracey was very helpful in getting me to a price and a trade-in price that I felt was fair. Trevor in the financing department was also very good at his job. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a car from Lugoff Toyota to ask for Tracey to help them find the right vehicle and price. She really listens to what you want and would be very helpful in meeting the customer's goal. More
Two days prior to this purchase , we went to another dealer because the car they had was advertised as "certified". Unfortunately, the car had been grossly misrepresented and so we went to Lugoff Toyota dealer because the car they had was advertised as "certified". Unfortunately, the car had been grossly misrepresented and so we went to Lugoff Toyota. Not only was their car as advertised , it was better than expected. The salesman(Cody Debruhl) went above and beyond to ensure the experience was a pleasant one(I am disabled and was in pain that day so he actually brought the papers out to my truck so I would not have to walk "on crutches"). The man handling the finacing(Trevor) also made sure we got the best possible deal. All questions were answered and all information ,on the car , was provided. The way we were treated at this dealership restored my belief that "most people are honest"! More

Tracey was the one bright spot in this whole affair. She was instrumental in getting me a great deal on my new truck. She was attentive even when she had high demands from staff and customers. She worked hard with a great deal of poise and never faltered under pressure. She is a valuable asset to the dealership and I would recommend her for managerial training. She has what it takes to follow-up and through with every aspect of a purchase from beginning to end. More

After a terrible experience at another Toyota dealer, a friend said I should try Lugoff Toyota. Went to their showroom and was met by friendly people, who answered my questions fully, got me the car I wan friend said I should try Lugoff Toyota. Went to their showroom and was met by friendly people, who answered my questions fully, got me the car I wanted and at the price agreed. All of this took less than one hour. When I went to pick up my car it was exactly as described, and the price was the same. No playing games. Love this dealership. More
After returning home from buying the car, I found out I probably paid about $2,000 over the average sales price for this car in this area ($21,000); source is truecar.com. I enjoyed shopping for our new car at Lugoff Toyota. It took me 2 months to decide if I was going to buy a new car or fix my old one. My dealer, Tracey Pinkerton, worked with me on and off over that perio took me 2 months to decide if I was going to buy a new car or fix my old one. My dealer, Tracey Pinkerton, worked with me on and off over that period, hitting me with an occasional e-mail when she saw something she thought met my needs. She never sent me garbage that didn't meet all my criteria and she didn't SPAM me either. When I decided the time was right, I went in, tried out my truck options, and bought my pick. Everything went pretty well. Tracey was up front about the process and didn't hide things. Previous experience in car buying left me cautious but Tracey and the store manager worked with me until we found an acceptable compromise on the price and financing. The financing paperwork only took a few minutes. Mission complete with very little hassle. Tracey is an excellence, friendly, and customer oriented sales person and I'd recommended her to everyone looking for a new or used Toyota. I'd even go back myself. Trevor in Finance worked with us to get financing that we can afford and to register and title vehicle out of state. Very good. I've used the Service department several time and have yet to be disappointed. They actually do all the work you get charged for. The prices are generally low then other dealers in the area too. Lugoff Toyota gets an "A" from me and I'll use them again. More
