We drove a 1995 mercury which we bought in 1997, so it was time for a newer model. Over the last ten years we have gone on six mission trips to the Philippines. Our granddaughter has an older toyota and has been very satisfied. For months we had looked at various toyotas on line. We had planned to purchase a 2011 toyoto Camry. After much prayer My wife found the color and a price with which we felt comfortable. We were on our way to Columbia to shop around and see if we could find just the right car for us. We wanted to buy local if possible. So we stopped buy the Lugoff Toyoto Dealership in Lugoff. We had prayed and ask GOD to lead us to the best car for the best price! When you ask GOD HE will give you exceeding, abundantly above all that you ask or think. We told Ken Mixon what we were looking for and they had a 2012, exact color, on the lot. Ken took us for a test drive. The car handled great! The price was a bit more than We felt GOD would have us spend. Inside the manager Allen Hagan greeted us and was so helpful. He worked with us and took as long as we needed to work out a deal that was even better than we could ever have thought possible! We had a price we were willing to pay for a 2011, but ended up with a 2012 for the same price! GOD is good and answered our prayer through these young men! Everyone at Lugoff Toyota, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They even offered to take us to lunch since we were there through their lunch time. We give five stars to Lugoff Toyota's managament and staff for the best, helpful, friendly and effiecient service. Makes us happy to say we shopped at home with our new found friends. Tracey was very patient with me when I first went to the dealership looking for a car. I have been casually looking to replace my 2004 Hyundai Sonata for a while so when I received the "clicker" mailer I thought "why not". The first night we were shown a car that my husband liked but she was observant and knew that I was not crazy about it. We asked if we could think about it overnight and because she had listened to what I was looking for, before the next night she had found a car that she knew I would love. I took a 5 mile test drive and was hooked. Moe, with the liquidation finance group, was wonderful in finding the right financing to meet our needs so that we were able to afford the car I wanted before we even came back on the second night. Just as we had agreed to a deal, I received word that I had an urgent family matter. Tracey gave me the option to come back but I wanted to complete the deal. Travis, in the finance department, was fast and efficient in completing all the paperwork. We were out the door in less than an hour! I highly recommend this team to anyone! Cody told me the second row seats don't come out in the Highlander, making it to small to transport the boxers as I do. We looked at the Sienna. I spent a week, test driving other brands and visiting other dealers, but I came back to Lugoff Toyota and got the best deal. Allen in finance was helpful in trying to beat my credit union rate (too bad you use Wells Fargo, or we would have gone with the financing, had a REALLY BAD experience with WF and won't do business with them at ALL). Ralph was instrumental in getting the deal we wanted for price out the door. I have used the service department many times, they are helpful and give a military discount. Since my husband served for 33 years that is very important to us. More
