When I first walked in, I was asked "How may I help you"? I was visiting my cousin, and had no idea of purchasing a car. My husband and I talked about it along with my cousin. When my husband and I realized that the baby we were about to have could not ride in an old truck with only a front seat, we searched online for a dependable used, well-priced vehicle for weeks. We came across a 2004 Subaru Outback at Lugoff Toyota. We called the dealership before heading out there to make sure the Subaru was still available and spoke with Ira. Ira said he'd have the car ready for a test drive when we got there. The car was ready and waiting and we quickly checked it out and got on the road. Ira was super friendly and he made the process easy and fast for us. My husband was worried on the drive to the dealership because he's never bought a car before (always had hand-me-downs). However, his worries were quickly erased. Ira was easy to get along with and answered all our questions. My husband loves his Subaru and we have peace of mind that the baby (soon to be arriving) will be safe when traveling.Thanks Ira and Lugoff Toyota for everything! More

I am so very pleased that we were able to work with Megan Allen when we traded for our new Highlander. She made me feel very comfortable, which is important to me because I found the car dealers in Columbia to be pushy. I was also helped by Trevor Reames during the finance process, he was also very friendly and worked diligently to get me to a payment plan I was comfortable with. Alan and other tall skinny, blond man (not in these pictures) were awful. Hopefully they got let go. I had heard many complaints about Luggoff Toyota, from other friends that bought their cars here, I didn't believe it until I saw it. Very much like a "used car salesman" attitude. I was told "well you have driven every car in the lot, your not going to buy today?" When I had only driven 2 cars total! Isn't that why you go test drive a car? To find out what you like and don't like? When I said I would be back later to buy the car, I got walked out and the door closed in my face and told to leave. Not great service. Had one dealer that I was working with, but go the run around and man handled by 4 others, what the reasoning behind that was, I don't know. Wally, Ralph, and Alicia (not in the pictures) were nice and really liked the car, that is the only reason I came back. The 2 other used car sales men could be done away with. The car's sell themselves, as my friends reported, it could of been a much nicer experience without getting the run around. Other car dealerships seem to have changed their ways, but not at Luggoff. I had stopped by the dealership and was met by Alicia! She was very friendly and most of all not pushy. When I finally got my wife to go look at what they had on the lot, they listened to what she wanted and sure enough, had it on the lot. We took it for a test drive and that was it, my wife now owns a new Tacoma and is loving it! Alicia was very knowledgeable and friendly, all of the team members where very helpful and we would highly recommend doing business with Lugoff Toyota!! More
