Alicia was very knowledgeable and listened when I said that my heart has always wanted a Toyota Camry. She recognized that my budget could not afford a new Camry and worked with another person to be able that my heart has always wanted a Toyota Camry. My expericnce started off great! I was not feeling too well, and my sale associate was very friendly and she really took care of me. I am safisfied with my purchase, but the only thing that I have to comp well, and my sale associate was very friendly and she really took care of me. I am safisfied with my purchase, but the only thing that I have to complain about is that within the first week of when I purchsed my truck, they blew my phone up! Because they wanted to check on me, and a financial associate Mr Reeves needed me to sign papers because he got me a better rate, and he needed me to sign a few more documents. Since I lived 40 plus miles away, it was not in my time schedule to keep running down to sign papers. They really kept on me about getting those papers signed and returned they really worked with me on alternative ways that I can return the needed documents so I did not have to travel so far. But when that was said and done, and all documents were submitted, I was dropped, it seemed like those same caring people who said call me anytime and we will take care of you, attitudes quickly changed. I called Mrs Martin and left a mesage and never got a call back, because of an issue that I had. I had to call her again in order to speak with her. I also emailed Mr. Reeves about an issue as well, and I NEVER got a reply, and it was send to the same email that we were using just a week earlier to communicate with. I never got anymore calls. I took the drive from Northeast Richland county because I had heard that many of my friends in the Camden/Lugoff/Elgin area were highly impressed with them.
