My wonderful husband researched dealerships in the South Carolina, area and finally found LugOff Toyota, he was so excited that he would not let me come in the house, he tells me that I must meet Ira, I am thinking who is this person and why do I need to meet him/her, so off we go, When we arrived we were met by friendly energetic salespeople who immediately ask how could they be of assistance in a extremely professional manner. No less than two minutes a wonderful lady approach us and stated let get started to see how we can help you today. Mrs. Alicia Martin immediately got started, she ask us what we wanted and what was our budget line. I was skeptical at first however, Mrs. Martin assured us that she would work out something for us and she did that is when we got to meet and greet Mr. Britt a knowledgeable representative who took us step by step through the purchasing process. Thank You Alicia and Avery for your Outstanding customer service, being knowledgeable about your products and services for the state of South Carolina. I would most definably recommend LugOff as the dealership when making an investment in a reliable car and for the best customer service culture I have experience since being in this state. On 30th December,2013 I drove 70 miles to the Dealership with a Truecar.com certificate to buy a new sedan.My goal was to limit my monthly payment around $200.00 with my trade in Saturn 2007.We started with with a Truecar.com certificate to buy a new sedan.My goal was to limit my monthly payment around $200.00 with my trade in Saturn 2007.We started with Toyota camry LE but the payment option was higher than my goal after taking care of a down payment of $3500.00.Any way I took a test drive with Megan Allen.She was very courteous and helpfull during the whole process of my car buying.Finally,Matt Baker showed me Hyandai Sonata 2013 with 3700 miles.I liked that car and took a test drive with megan. Now the time was for Erica Mcfarland to get the whole process done,there was some computer trouble but Erica handled it professionally with a smile on her face all the time. More

After finding one we like, we ended up walking away from the offer as the general rule usually applies: never buy from the first place you go. After continuing to research online, Lugoff Toyota seemed to offer the best price for the car I was looking for. After several "aggressive" car-shopping days, I inquired if I could still purchase the car at the original offer. Lugoff Toyota honored that request. This was probably what impressed me the most as very few dealerships would be willing to do that. Jennifer was great in walking me through the process as this was my first car purchase. I highly recommend Lugoff Toyota for your next car purchase. Driving from Irmo, SC was worth it! 5 stars for customer service, friendliness, experience, and price. Thanks Electra and Jennifer! Cody told m Hi there! Today I had a very bad experience with the Lugoff Toyota today. I tried to call Ira G and Cody over phone before I went there. Cody told me that he will honor the true car price. So I drove 45 min. They had the exact same vehicle. They than added 1) 1800+$ some paint protection and fabric spray service, that I must have to buy, and 2) deny the Toyota incentives and AAA discount. So the price came 3300$ more the true car OTD price. After a lot of arguing the paint and fabric service came down to around 900$ and they accepted the AAA discount. Still it was 2000$ more. At last I offered 1000$ more than the true car price. But they didn't accept that. I am really frustrated with their service. I will definitely write reviews and let people know about their dishonesty in everywhere possible. I should mention that Clyde was a nice guy and he showed me the vehicle. Thanks. -Alam More
Alicia Martin was one of the sweetest salespeople I have ever encountered. I didn't feel pressured at all. She was very friendly and went out of her way to make my buying experience a REAL pleasure. She answered all my questions and was very honest and personable. She and Mr. Harper worked their magic and were able to make me "an offer I couldn't refuse!" :) with an excellent trade-in value for my car which completely amazed me. I had already done research and had a good idea of the market value of my car. I was totally blown away and wound up buying the new car on the spot....and I had originally come in just to look at a red vehicle I had noticed on a prior visit. This was the first vehicle I have purchased from Lugoff Toyota...but you can bet I will be back. I had been bringing the old car in for service for many years and had grown to know and trust Perry for his outstanding professionalism, honesty, and guidance in keeping it running well. The team at this dealership is amazing and I highly recommend them!! More

He wanted me to have a car that I wanted and accessories that I desired. I decided to check out Black Friday deals on new cars. He worked with me finding the right car that meets my wants and to work with the final price with payments I could afford. After the deal was completed, he drove my old car to my house while I drove my new car. I like the No pressure sales in this gentleman. I hope he will continue to have great success as a sales person at Lugoff Toyota. More
My sales consultants (Jennifer and Merriska) were very friendly and helpful. Quality of work by the shop was less than OK but not bad. I purchase a used car and when I got home and checked the air pressure in the tires - three of the tires were low - less than 30 PSI (low tire pressure sensor on in car) - the forth tire had over 60 PSI (maxed out my gauge). I was fortunate not have damage or destroy the tire on my drive home. The price of the car was good, but the dealer added fees were excessive. I should have reviewed each line item before I agreed to the final price. Before you agree to the final number review each line item on the price sheet. Watch out for the $500 dealer fee. Also, the aggressive nature in which they push their service plans and other dealer services was time consuming and pushy. Would not take NO for an answer. More
