We live in Aiken, SC and had been looking for a Avalon for awhile. We found a new Avalon on Autotrader.com and liked the price we saw. I went to Lugoff Toyota to purchase a late model, slightly used Tacoma truck for me and a new Rav4 with all the bells and whistles for my wife. The used car Mgr., Ralph Harper, greeted me at the doo slightly used Tacoma truck for me and a new Rav4 with all the bells and whistles for my wife. The used car Mgr., Ralph Harper, greeted me at the door and found me a really clean 2013 Tacoma with only 16,000 miles on it. Exactly what I wanted for my local use. He turned me over to Ms. Alicia Martin of the new car sales staff. Ms. Martin found me a beautiful 2013, new, fully loaded, top of the line Rav4 that I purchased for my wife and to use when we travel, which is quite often. Ms. Martin stayed over three hours past normal closing time and so did Jennifer McElveen and Erika McFarland who handled all the financing paperwork. I paid cash the next day for the Tacoma and drove it home and, while there, took ownership of the financed (about 12 hours turnaround for Erika McFarland to have completed approval, paperwork process) Rav4. The next day Alicia Martin delivered the new Rav4 to my home and thoroughly briefed this old guy on all the features (mechanical, electrical, and digital) this vehicle has. My overall buying experience can be rated as excellent because from when I walked in the door to the final home delivery of the Rav4 I was treated to a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff who catered to my every need and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Toyota of Lugoff recently underwent a grounds and building renovation, increased their on site inventory tremendously, and have a complete service department with certified Toyota mechanics.
