I got the truck I had my eye on I went to the the dealership to look at some gas savers to drive to work. My everyday vehicle is a full size truck and was not that great on gas. After looking at several used cars, I decided that maybe a lease in a new one would be better for me. The dealership worked their magic and I was able to trade my truck in and get a new Tacoma for less than a lease on a little grocery getter. So now I'm able to get better gas mileage and drive the vehicle that I really wanted, and still be able to stay within my budget. More

Best dealership experience! We were corresponding with Kaitlan Collins at Luggoff Toyota about a vehicle that we were interested in. They gave us all of the needed information an We were corresponding with Kaitlan Collins at Luggoff Toyota about a vehicle that we were interested in. They gave us all of the needed information and she was very helpful. We were planning on looking into the vehicle at the beginning of the new year, but a new vehicle came quicker than we expected. We were visiting family in Columbia and we were headed home. About 20 minutes into our trip home, our van threw a rod and blew out half of the engine. Two days before Christmas! Really? Yes, it was crazy! I thank the Lord that we were kept safe, there was no wreck and none of the flying parts hit any other vehicles. We had no warranty on the vehicle because of its age, so needless to say, it was gone. Since we had been talking back and forth with Kaitlan, we decided to shoot then a message and tell them about what happened and see what our options were. We were not expecting this, so we had no money for a down payment and we were so upset. We also didn't have the money to get our van towed all the way home! By a pure miracle, we were able to work out our budget with the payment range that they gave us, and they even offered to tow our vehicle to their dealership! Of course over the course of Christmas weekend, their dealership was closed, but that didn't stop them from working on our situation and Kaitlan checking on us and keeping us up to date. I'm proud to say on December 26th we drove an hour and a half to meet these people that we had been talking back and forth with, and we drove away with a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla! Kaitlan took us on a test drive and explained all of the bells and whistles of our new vehicle, and there were specs to this vehicle that I couldn't believe they had in a Corolla! Ira Thomas handled our finances that evening and even sat down with us to go over our budget and make sure that we could handle everything. He explained all of our options, and helped us find the one that was right for us. I believe everything happens for a reason and I also believe that God hand picked these special people to work on our case, work through the holidays and help us leave in a reliable vehicle! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others, even if you have to travel an hour and a half! God bless these people! More

I was particularly interested in a Toyota Rav4 but thought it to be a bit out of my budget but test drove it anyways. A salesman named Scott was assisting me. Him and his sales Supervisor Ralph were both very accommodating. I told them what I could afford and they were able to work with me on pricing and my trade in value. I will continue to send my friends and family to this dealership because they treated me like a human being and not just another sale to get money in their pocket. Thank you again for everything!
