Tommy went out of his way to help my wife find the vehicle she wanted. After deciding the options Tommy made sure we got what we wanted. Lie after lie! I signed a contract for a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country full of extras that they said was a lease dropped off at another dealership. I was given the I signed a contract for a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country full of extras that they said was a lease dropped off at another dealership. I was given the car fax and was very happy and ready for my new van! Upon arriving a week later they have my Husband signing paperwork for 4,800 more than it was supposed to be financed for. At that point we see that it not only doesn't have the extras but it isn't even the same year! It wasn't a lease, it was a rental. It wasn't just dropped off, they bought it at an auction. Lie after lie after lie. They tell me I should be grateful they upgraded me. I guess a woman should be more appreciative when a man gets her a vehicle she didn't ask for without telling her and tries to sneak it by her. They yelled at me, threatened me, and tried to call the cops because I asked for the vehicle I signed the contract for. In the end I bought a nice Town and Country for the same price with everything I wanted from a dealer that treated me with respect. Will never recommend or do business with this business again. On another note, if you are buying from Toyota make sure you use Jamie because he was an excellent salesman and an absolute pleasure to speak to. Ralph Harper the main manager was also quite nice to speak with. Mr. Harper always responded to a call after giving me his "personal" cell number and I appreciate how he handled all the situations that arose. The Finance Manager we worked with Wally was decent enough to deal with and by far the better of the ones I met and spoke with during this ordeal. Ralph and Jamie are the reason they even deserve the 1 star. I hope they learn from this experience and don't try bait and switching customers in the future. Learning from mistakes is the best way to grow as a business. More
