Kirsten in the Service Dept did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and working with the Service Manger Robbie to take care of me and my vehicle. Kirsten’s professionalism, demeanor, and follow up keeping me informed and working with the Service Manger Robbie to take care of me and my vehicle. Kirsten’s professionalism, demeanor, and follow up are to be commended. The repair took a lot longer than expected, but she worked with Robbie to ensure my inconvenience was minimized. Even with the billing there was some things that needed to be resolved and again she was on top of everything working with Robbie to get it resolved. I had less interactions with Robbie, but in the few times I did interact with him he too was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. What I enjoyed the most is I did not get the run around (that usually leads to more costs) and when I picked up my car it was running great. More
