My rating in my full experience dropped and this is why. The professional at this dealership was very engaging to sell me a vehicle, but when my vehicle shutoff twice withing 3 weeks of my purchase; the pr The professional at this dealership was very engaging to sell me a vehicle, but when my vehicle shutoff twice withing 3 weeks of my purchase; the professionals did not have the same level of enthusiasm to resolve the issue. I did not get a call back when I raised my vehicular issue or was offered a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience. My wife overheard one of (Lugoff Chevrolet) team members say to one of our sale reps, "that's what happens when a vehicle is sold before we could fix it." Knowing that as the seller, why not own and correct your error (intentional or unintentional). Justin, kept the same level of service. After continuous petitioning, we finally got a loaner to get to work. The salesman was off, but had pre-knowledge of my issue and never called to check on what transpired. More
