Two different guys told me to my face that they would send the check to the bank and the bank would pay off my loan and deposit the rest into my account. Now, it's a different story. They sent the bank a check for the payoff and told me once they receive the title, they would mail me a check for the difference. What difference does the title make??? They have already sold the car. Boy, I wish I had kept my car and never went there!!!! More
