I had to have a recall done on the trailer brakes on my 22' High Country along with getting its oil changed and these guys went above and beyond with their service. I called to ask if they would make it right due to a bad altenator. I was told to bring it in to check it.( almost 2 hours away) ( Truck won't make it due to bad altenator). First and foremost, my rating doesn’t reflect the employees in the service department that I dealt with. They were very friendly. My rating reflects the disorganization and absurd wait times that I’ve experienced on both occasions that I’ve been here. Let me elaborate. The first time I was here was for an oil change on my camaro. It took I think 3-4 hours, which is just ridiculous. The techs got oil streaks all over my exterior and on my suede steering wheel. The second time I visited was for 2 price quotes that I was told would take 30-40 minutes. I ended up talking to 3 different people, all of which had no idea why I was in, so I had to explain what I came for 3 different times- note I had an appointment. And even though I explained what I needed done 3 times, they still got my issue wrong, thinking I was there for leaking brake lines. The 30-40 minute estimate turned into another 3-4 hours, and I was almost sent home and told to come back the next day. It’s apparent that the service department is very disorganized, which would likely be management’s fault. I want to restate that the front desk service employees were very kind, and I appreciated that. More

Had an appointment and went in for a tire rotation. It took about an hour and a half to get it done. The tire pressure was not checked or a multi point inspection so things are off. I received a flat tire and come to find out the sensors were not calibrated to the correct tires. The front ones read the rear on my dash and the rear are in the front. Definitely not impressed with the service received. If the attention to detail is not there for a small job what do I expect from a bigger job. More
