Took my wife's 2019 Equinox in for servicing. As the car's warrantee will run out in a few weeks, I asked the service manager to perform a detailed inspection to see if the car needed anything. As the car's warrantee will run out in a few weeks, I asked the service manager to perform a detailed inspection to see if the car needed anything. Turns out it needed a couple of new sensors that were replaced under the warrantee. I received the car back in just a few hours, washed & sanitized. Could not have been more satisfied. More

Felt that I was an inconvenience to them as a customer for even asking for an appointment. After getting a second opinion on my car at another dealer, only one of the codes that was reported by Lugoff Che for even asking for an appointment. After getting a second opinion on my car at another dealer, only one of the codes that was reported by Lugoff Chevy as being present, was present at the 2nd dealership. It appears to me that the codes they listed and stated were on my car were based on the information I had provided to them, not based on what they read from the actual car. I felt that they were trying to get me to spend money on repairs based on guess work, rather than based on an accurate evaluation of my car's problem. The service advisor had a confrontational attitude when I asked for an explanation of what was going on. I will not be returning to this establishment again. More

Well… o course the sales people were very people oriented and very friendly. However, I believe that they sold me a car that was a lemon. Had I not gotten the warranty, I would be in the hole another 6000 do and very friendly. However, I believe that they sold me a car that was a lemon. Had I not gotten the warranty, I would be in the hole another 6000 dollars. Then the service department really did not give me the time of day. Now I have to pick up my vehicle in Columbia although I dropped it off in Lugoff and I still owe over 1000 dollars with the extended warranty for services rendered regardless of the fact that this issue was related to the first time I brought it in to be serviced. I would not recommend them unless you want a hassle. I personally feel like they sold me a lemon and they knew about it. More
