Called about an issue with a check engine light and got an appointment the next morning. Service Dept was to work it in between the other appointments that were scheduled and they did just that. Dropped my an appointment the next morning. Service Dept was to work it in between the other appointments that were scheduled and they did just that. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and they had it ready to go by 9:30am. Fast, friendly and super nice people. Thanks so much! More

Lugoff Ford, Chevrolet and Toyota, all owned by Mark Mason, Sr, CEO of Mason Automotive LLC advertises wholesale vehicles for sale on Cars.com, his sales representatives verify the vehicles are on the l Mason, Sr, CEO of Mason Automotive LLC advertises wholesale vehicles for sale on Cars.com, his sales representatives verify the vehicles are on the lots but when you get there for a test drive are told they are NOT being sold to the public. They are engaging in false advertising to lure people into their dealership. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received a response that their computer system automatically posts ALL vehicles in inventory for sale. When I asked why the sales people didn't tell me they weren't for sale to the public, I didn't get a response. It is roughly fifty miles each way from White Rock, SC to Lugoff, SC, so I drove roughly a hundred miles, TWICE, totaling two hundred miles to look at vehicles that weren't being sold to the public and their advertising didn't disclose that fact. FALSE ADVERTISING and DISHONEST SALES PEOPLE!!! More

Wanted oil change and tire rotation. Made a 10am appt. Got there a little early snd at 10:00am my vehicle was on hoist and they were draining the oil. An hour and half later 11:30am t Made a 10am appt. Got there a little early snd at 10:00am my vehicle was on hoist and they were draining the oil. An hour and half later 11:30am they told me I was ready to go. Never did rotate the tires. Both my vehicle and I sat for at least an hour with nothing being done. Really frustrated. Had to go somewhere else to get tires rotated .’ More
