Good afternoon Trevor, My email address is Oldad61@yahoo.com. I'm sorry that this happened also. Especially after the positive experience with the sales department. I was a Chevrolet service manager for 15 years and I know that things happen beyond a managers control. It doesnt give me a bad feeling towards the store. The technician...thats a different story. If something get broken weather accidental or purposely, the service manager should have been made aware of the situation so he could have tried to informe the salesman or customer.
