When we pulled into the lot we were greeted,and the saleman I had spoken to was found and dire The staff at Lugoff Chevrolet Buick GMC are wonderful. When we pulled into the lot we were greeted,and the saleman I had spoken to was found and directed to us. Wayne was very knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all our questions. The sales manager, David was great as was Todd in Financing. The next day we came back to finalize our transaction, and it was done promptly and efficiently. Then Wayne showed us how to operate all the options on my new car. It was a bit overwhelming, but he was very patient. All in all one of the more pleasant and relaxed car transactions we have ever had! Todd in the financing department had all th paper work ready for signatures and made the process run smoothly. GREAT team and they worked like a team, doesn't always happen... Thank you! More

I Just Bought a 2020 Buick Encore!! I had such a fantastic experience buying my new car! And what a thrill buying the car that was on the Showroom Floor!! Keith, Rah and Todd were gre I had such a fantastic experience buying my new car! And what a thrill buying the car that was on the Showroom Floor!! Keith, Rah and Todd were great to work with! I received courteous and professional treatment! The deal went smoothly from start to finish. Keith and Rah even stayed late to work with me until the purchase was completed! Buying my car was an enjoyable event! Thanks Keith for the mini tutorial getting me acquainted with all the bells and whistles. Can't wait to learn them all!
