Richard was again our salesman in 2016 when we bought our new 2016 Colorado pick up truck. Again when we traded our 2014 Lacrosse on a new 2018 Buick Lacrosse Richard has always been very friendly and easy to do business with. Richard's very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells.He knows and takes the time to explain all the things that the vehicle is capable of doing..I have gone back a few times for him to explain again some of the features. When we pulled into the lot we were greeted,and the saleman I had spoken to was found and dire The staff at Lugoff Chevrolet Buick GMC are wonderful. When we pulled into the lot we were greeted,and the saleman I had spoken to was found and directed to us. Wayne was very knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all our questions. The sales manager, David was great as was Todd in Financing. The next day we came back to finalize our transaction, and it was done promptly and efficiently. Then Wayne showed us how to operate all the options on my new car. It was a bit overwhelming, but he was very patient. All in all one of the more pleasant and relaxed car transactions we have ever had! Todd in the financing department had all th paper work ready for signatures and made the process run smoothly. GREAT team and they worked like a team, doesn't always happen... Thank you! More
