When I got up there the sale men introduced him self I introduced myself and he ask me what brought me in today I said looking for a car. They turned a simple sale into a 5 hour event. Kept leaving us in the office with no explanation of what was happening. Happy with the car and deal. Haven't heard from dealership since.
