I found Lucky Motors on AutoTrader.com. The initial sale and price negotiation went smooth. However after I notified them that they did not provide me with the door and tailgate keys (which are different and price negotiation went smooth. However after I notified them that they did not provide me with the door and tailgate keys (which are different from the ignition keys on a Land Rover Defender), Roman's first response was "I got a chance to talk to the owner of the store, he said since we discounted the truck a decent amount that we cant spend any more money on it", which I found completely unacceptable as I would consider that providing keys to lock up a vehicle would be a reasonable expectation. After continuing to email Roman, he eventually offered to split the $280.00 cost with me, which was better than nothing. Regardless I'm happy with the vehicle. More

I came into the dealership looking at a used Mercedes G55 and possibly a Porsche Cayenne. Lucky motors had an amazing selction for both. I was very pleased with Roman Tylka, my salesman.
