I have two young children so it is important for me to have a vehicle that is reliable and provides enough room for my family. I keep going back to Lucky Motors because Mr. Wright and his staff are always friendly and make me feel like I am their number one priority. The salesperson was very helpful and not pushy he offered to arrange better financing for me,better than I had (which they did) I went to the store on roosevelt which is not like any used car store I ever seen clean cars nice facility and great prices. Everybody there was polite accommodating and nothing like the things I had read. All I Say and is if you can afford to buy a new car thats perfect with no flaws and won't to pay double then buy a new one,they are used car some people complained about cars with over 100k miles what do you expect? when you buy a used car you do take a chance,I think the negative raps people give this or any other dealers are an after thought of there poor judgments,take responsibility get it inspected and don't expect things for free. By the way I checked them out with the BBB and they are rate A+ that more important than any ? review. More

An unexpected pleasure to do business with, I found the car I was interested in on Ebay. I was directed to the Lucky Motors website where I was amazed at the great selection, cleanliness, low mi I found the car I was interested in on Ebay. I live about 600 miles away and had a trade, so I was skeptical that we could work a deal. After filing an application, I was called back by Robert, who took my word on the condition of my trade and got me the trade difference I was looking for. The whole process took a few hours by phone. The paperwork was FedExed to me the following afternoon. Rachel, the finance manager, handled the loan which turned out to be at an outstanding rate.My trade was picked up within a few days and my BMW was delivered the following week by a courteous driver, who even drove up to my door. The BMW arrived in even better shape than advertised. I strongly recommend Lucky Motors to anyone looking for a GREAT vehicle. The service, selection and professionality were first rate. Mike Salerno worked off and on with me for the past 6 months and Mike is the ONLY reason I was able to buy my dream car this week!! If I had dealt with anyone else at Lucky Motors there is no doubt months and Mike is the ONLY reason I was able to buy my dream car this week!! If I had dealt with anyone else at Lucky Motors there is no doubt in my mind that I wouldn't have been able to get my 1968 Dodge Charger RT. Our business relationship started off with Mike running my credit six months ago which reported a 636 score ('poor credit rating') with a BK less than 4 years old. Mike was straight up with me and he told me that I would need a minimum of 20% down and a co-signer at that point to even think about buying the 68. To cut to the chase - I was able to buy the 68 Charger thanks to Mike's help and willingness to work with me. I would contact Mike every 45 days or so to see if there was anyway we could possibly still try to find a way to work out a deal. I persisted for six months and at that point Mike obviously knew how badly I wanted the 1968 Dodge Charger RT. The 68 Charger RT has a 440ci, 325 HP, completely stock engine. The 68 is a 100 percent frame -up restoration, best in class car show quality. The 68 has been stored in the prior owner's garage since 2007 and has been driven only 108 miles since the restoration was completed in 2007. Over the past six months that Mike worked with me we literally texted each other over 50 times. We talked on the phone at least a dozen times. Mike and I emailed each other about a dozen times trying to work something out. Mike really worked hard on my behalf to get me in a position to buy my car. The 68 is NADA valued at $ 54,500. Farmer's car insurance appraised the car at the NADA value of $ 54,500. My credit union accepted the appraised value from NADA and Farmer's insurance at $ 54,500. My teacher's credit union (PE Teacher - CA) would only loan me $ 42,500 (100% loan, no down). I contacted Mike one final time and told him that the most I could go was $ 42,500 which had to include 8% sales tax, all prep fees, DMV fees, shipping, etc., and that the only way I could get the 68 was an 'out the door' price of $ 42,500. Mike told me "I know how bad you want this car Mark, so I worked out the numbers to make this work. I'll let it go for you for $ 38,700 total sales price and with sales tax, DMV, prep fees, and shipping the total will be exactly $ 42,500!!!" I was shocked...I was finally getting my 68 Charger!! The shipping/truck driver told me, when he drove up with my 68 on Monday night, that at EVERY single truck stop, from Chicago to CA, that he gassed up at, ate at, and/or slept at, that other truck drivers, tourists, and locals would ask him if it was okay to take photos, with their cameras and/or cell phones, of my 68 Charger. My 68 was on the top rack, at the very rear of the truck and he said that people took some great pics of my ride. Yesterday my buddy, who has a 70 Roadrunner and is a long standing member of the Corona Classic Car Club, Corona, CA, went through the entire car - trunk, interior, and engine. He took off the air filter, etc., to check out an awesome Edlebrock Manifold and Carb set --up. Before my 68 left Lucky Motors Mike ensured that a new battery was put under the hood, had his mechanic change the oil/oil filter, and had the mechanic ensure the radiator-coolant, brake fluid, and all belts were all up to par. My Car Club buddy told me that this car should be in contention to win best in class-stock-complete restoration at next month's Annual Van Nuys (LA) - MOPAR Car Show. He said even though there will be over 1,000 entries I should be up there with the best of them regarding stock, complete frame-up restorations. He told me that the 68 Charger RT is worth about $ 60,000 and that every single component of the car is a 100 percent perfect restoration of exactly how the 68 left the factory almost 50 years ago. He was stunned that Lucky Motors sold it to me for $ 38,700! Check out all the pictures of my 68 Dodge Charger RT (says 'sold for $ 44,770' which was the starting price on the web) under the 'sold inventory' - 'Dodge' on Lucky Motor's website! In closing, Mike Salerno is a straight up, no BS, awesome car salesman, who knows everything there is to know about cars, whom I owe everything to. I can't say enough about how much Mike worked with me so that I could get this beautiful restored car parked in my driveway. I will be a repeat customer and I will insist on only working with Mike. BEFORE ANYONE FLAMES ME ABOUT BUYING A VEHICLE ONLINE AND NOT DOING MY DUE DILIGENCE, I KNOW AND AM TAKING THE LUMPS. I JUST WANTED THIS POSTED SO OTHERS MAY NOT HAVE THE SAME HAPPEN. The dealership misrepresented the condition of vehicle, added charges for items/services never done, vehicle differs greatly from pictures online, vehicle has numerous problems not disclosed by salesman. Was told it was a rust free vehicle with no problems and was thoroughly checked out by their mechanics. The owner left a voice mail on my phone telling me he would sue me if I even complained to the BBB or posted anything. Told me he has successfully sued others in the past for the same. Horrible bullying by this dealership. More
