Love my new ride! Most of the process was done online because I live 4 hrs away. It was quick and ez and they worked with me instead of against me. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Jeff had all the answers to my questions, and Mike didn't haggle me on the price. Jeff even came and picked me up from the train station, witch was unexpected. All their vehicles were very nice and looked to be well taken care of. I'm not the kind of guy that really gives 5 stars, so 4 says a lot for me. They only thing I didn't care for was that the monthly payment ended up being $60 more than what I wanted, but what's another $60 a month when you're getting the vehicle u know you want? Over all, I was impressed and felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend Lucky Motors for your next vehicle buying experience. I myself will be back. Thanks again... More

BEWARE ! My son purchased a 2008 Mercedes S550 on 9/17/16 . It broke down on 10/03/16 . After being driven 183 miles !! Because it broke down over 1 hour a My son purchased a 2008 Mercedes S550 on 9/17/16 . It broke down on 10/03/16 . After being driven 183 miles !! Because it broke down over 1 hour away from Lucky Motors, AAA towed it to the nearest Mercedes dealership. Needed a new transmission at over $6000.00.! When Lucky Motors was informed , all they offered was to look at and repair it for less , and he would have to pay cost of having it towed back there. He couldn't afford their $3,000.00 "warranty" and he couldn't afford hundreds more having it towed back there--plus, it made no sense to let a dealership that claims to look over the cars they sell and miss a bad transmission , repair it. Less than 2 weeks from purchase and driven 183 miles and they had no interest in making this right. It was also also inferred by John (general mgr) and Chris (owner)maybe he had driven the car in such a manner to cause this --which the lead mechanic (Melvin)at Mercedes of Chicago dismissed as ridiculous. They said car had a defective transmission at time of purchase . It broke down again (he was out of state and forced to repair it to get home)on 10/13/16 ,and needed a new driveshaft at a cost of $2,721.62 . Almost $9,000.00 worth of repairs in less than 30 days. They won't be able to hide and dodge under the "as is" clause much longer. Illinois passed House Bill 3746 in Aug 2016 that gives EVERY used car buyer an implied warranty for 2wks or 500 miles . It goes into effect July 1,2017. The FTC is a federal organization that is also interested in complaints of this nature , under their Revision to Consumers Buying Guide --- it protects the consumer and negates "as is " regarding airbags, safety features , and major components (like transmissions) on used cars More

I bought a 2009 Bentley Continental GTC from them. I live in Georgia, so I was understandably concerned about buying a car in a different state from a dealer with whom I never dealt before. My first impression of them was the large number of luxury cars they have in their showroom. They all looked impeccable. For further conversations with them I became convinced that these guys really care about the cars they sale, there should be no worries about them keeping their cars exposed to the rain or weather outside. They have a form to be used by prospective buyers so you can have the car inspected by another dealer before you commit yourself to the purchase; this is a very good thing when you consider that most of the cars they sell are close or over 100K dollars, some way over. I did not take advantage of this, instead I bought my Bentley with the condition that I could returned in one week with no restocking charge, which is a pretty salty 12%. Thus is not surprise, since given the high price of these cars, there must be a number of buyers who change their mind or can not afford them and need to return them. They are though negotiators when arranging the sale price, but there is no pressure and do not make any exaggerations or false representations. The salesman I dealt with was a knowledgeably, friendly and polite fellow but tended to slide too quickly over the process. If you buy a car from them take your time over the forms and receipts and make sure that all the I's are dotted and all the T's crossed. I had a small problem with the out-of-state tax, although it was solved in a few days. And here is the clinch: I called them with questions several times after I bought the car and they always answered my calls and if necessary called me back at a reasonable time. I was always directed to the right person or taken care of by the manager/owner himself. I found that very unusual and rewarding . Would I buy another car from these guys? The answer is a definitive YES." More

Rude, Unprofessional and Unacceptable Customer Service We purchased a 1948 GMC truck from Lucky Motors. The sales person, Mike, was helpful and pleasant until there was an issue. We received the truck with $539 worth of dings and scratches from the transportation of the truck from Illinois to Georgia. We never received a bill of lading and the dealership is unwilling to produce one to us. The owner of Lucky Motors, Chris, is extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. He has told me that he is no longer going to discuss this with us and refuses to work with Exclusive Auto Transportation that they hired to transport the truck to us. I would highly suggest not purchasing from this dealership. We paid $25,000 cash for this truck and once it left their lot, they no longer care or provide any customer service...period. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! More
