We are sorry that you feel this way about our company. We sell used cars here, not new. When buying a used vehicle not all items you mentioned are in "new" condition or are provided to us. We accommodated your issues such as providing you with floor mats from another vehicle that were in better condition.If you wanted new mats that should have been agreed before negotiating your best deal.We also provided you with a spare tire.you stated you received a key with remote and a hard key(valet key), so you received a spare key,again if the key was an issue it should have been mentioned and the we could have decided not to sell the car. If we had known that you were unhappy with the vehicle at the time of purchase we wouldn't have sold the vehicle to you.we sell pre-driven cars at very competitive prices. We try to make them as new looking as possible but they are always still used.If a person wants new with everything perfect you have to buy new and pay thousands more.
