Lucky Motors sells broken cars. Extremely unsatisfied with their business ethics. Spoke with Lucky Motors on the phone numerous times about the car we were interested in, they wouldn't come down on their with their business ethics. Spoke with Lucky Motors on the phone numerous times about the car we were interested in, they wouldn't come down on their price at all, zip zero not even $500.00. However they had the exact model of car, color, trim package and style my husband wanted. After looking at numerous other places first, we decided to call them one more time to try to work something out, we had what they were asking for the car but that wasn't the point, they wouldn't budge, any other car we've ever purchased the sales people work with you a little. We decided we would go ahead and go for it since this was what he really wanted, we spoke to Joe, who all of a sudden was no longer employed there the next time we called, now we were dealing with Wally, they wanted $1,000.00 deposit to hold the car and we headed out driving from Michigan to Illinois to check out this car. When we arrived, we took the car for what was an extremely short test drive around the block (per Wally's directions) and then returned to store, there was a red exclamation mark on the display panel, we inquired about it at which point they took it around to have their service guys look at, they came back with "it needed washer fluid" we went ahead and purchased the car, they would't fill the gas tank up for us, which one might expect when buying a 45,000 dollar car. The car was missing the navigation DVD which they told us the auction guys like to "help themselves to and resell online." On the way back home, what do ya know that same exclamtion mark popped right back up. We get home, next day "Transmission malfunction" comes up on the display and we are spending another $1,000 on fixing the clutch sensor. Couple weeks go by, the light pops up and goes away a couple of different times. Today the car died for good and went into neutral on the side of the highway and wouldn't start, " Transmission Malfunction" also missing from the car is the phone from the center council and the CD disc changer from the glove box. Lucky Motors takes everything they can resell online out of the cars and then knowingly sells broken cars. I do not recommend this car dealership! More

01 Bentley Arnage looked great in the pictures. I called them and asked ALOT of questions. Decided to fly in to see the car, at which time I was asked for a deposit to hold the car. When I got there I was them and asked ALOT of questions. Decided to fly in to see the car, at which time I was asked for a deposit to hold the car. When I got there I was taken out on a short test drive and was rushed through making sure that everything worked. I went back later that day after being at another dealer to relook at the car and asked to test drive the car again and to not be rushed. Upon closer inspection the keyless entry did not work, check engine light on, heated driver front seat did not work, it made a LOUD moaning sound when I turned the wheel, the saleman kept turning up the music to drown out the dying cow under the hood then had the nerve to tell me "this is normal for a hand built car" With an original MSRP of $220000 and that normal, really?! While I waited the staff was very unprofessional, they would not fix the car and wanted to give me $500 off to take care of it! I could go on and on. The only thing Lucky about the experience was that I had sense enough to not only walk, but run!!! Booooooooooooooooooooo! More
I traded my Ford Explorer for a Lincoln Aviator. First, I was given pictures of the car before I drove there because I am in WI and did not want to drive that far for something that was not what I was wantin was given pictures of the car before I drove there because I am in WI and did not want to drive that far for something that was not what I was wanting, they left out all the scratches, stains, and dents in the wheels. Second, the headlights were blacked out, which is illegal to drive in WI, but they did not tell me that this was done with paint and not with the proper blackout film so I had no headlights on the way home as it got dark on my trip. Then, a light came on during the trip home, and once on the freeway for 15 minutes the engine started to rattle, I gave them a call (because they told me it was in good working order, better than the car I traded in) come to find out there was a problem with the engine that they had put a screw in to fix and the screw came loose from the vibrations of the engine, complete fraud but legal in IL. Also, the ABS light came on to find out the computer had been reset and it had been coming on before the car was traded. Also, while purchasing the car I had reservations but was presured into it, and every time I went out to look at the car the salesperson was smoking, which I was pregnant so this made me sick, and I had 2 young children with me. I will never go back, and would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Pe Stay from Joe. Recently bought a used vehicle from these guys. Did the entire purchase process online/phone since I live in a different state. Pete was extremely helpful through the whole process. Got the Pre-Purchase Inspection done. After negotiating the final price, Joe (he could be a sales manager I guess) adds another $240 on the purchase price saying the vehicle was VIN etched and I need to pay for it. I stood my ground and firmly said "NO". He then wanted me to pay for the cost of etching ($90) since he claimed that it was already etched. I said no again and told him we can cancel the deal if he cannot let go of the $90. Finally he agreed to take that VIN Etching cost off the price. So, I get the vehicle shipped, guess what, there is no etching done like Joe claimed. He is a big liar and if you wanted to buy a car at this dealership, please avoid Joe. Also, during PPI, the dealer said there were no scratches on the vehicle. Once I got the vehicle, I saw a deep scratch about an inch long. Makes me suspect Joe if he did that since I would not pay $240 for VIN etching (which by the way, can be done for $20 as a DIY). I also would suggest not buying a vehicle from them from out of state. Make sure you go and check the vehicle in person and finish the deal and get your vehicle away from the as quickly as you can. More

Everything he told us he would do, he did professionally, in a very timely manner. He told us he'd get the car delivered in about three days, and it arrived in two. He told us he priced his cars right to begin with rather than go through a negotiating process. Every bit of research we did before and after the sale has confirmed that he sold us our car below retail value. The car purchase with Dan was far superior to any car-buying experience we've had in 45 years. We highly recommend Dan at Lucky Motors. More

I saw a 2006 Mini Cooper online about a two weeks ago, and sent an email inquiry to the dealership. Within minutes I got a response from Sebastian, who offered to describe the vehicle to the smallest det and sent an email inquiry to the dealership. Within minutes I got a response from Sebastian, who offered to describe the vehicle to the smallest detail and flaw. He actually went to the car with his cell phone, and started telling me about all the flaws the vehicle had. Car salesmen don't do that, right??? When I asked him why, he told me he didn't want any surprises when vehicle gets delivered to my house (I live in FL). He also offered financing, which was better than my local bank, so I went with their bank instead. Extended warranty was also very affordable. But, none of this could top the condition of the vehicle! He actually overstated the scratches and scuffs, the car was perfect. Thank you Sebastian and Lucky Motors. More
