We went to help our daughter purchase her first vehicle and left very dissatisfied. The finance lady came out and was very rude to my daughter basically crushing all of her dreams and speaking to her like and left very dissatisfied. She made the price of the car sound like it was out of her league. Seriously? We knew the price and the monthly payments. The problem was that they closed in 10 minutes and we were making them work late. The finance lady did not want to work late and same for the sales lady. They had already tried to ask us to leave and I said if you want a deal, we will wait. Keep in mind we had been there 2 hours. 2 hours! We will never do business here again and I really, really hope the GM reviews this and watches the camera to see how his/her staff treats customers. Rude place and staff.
