We have waited for years for a plug-in hybrid minivan, and were pleased to find a great one with Chrysler. I contacted every dealership between the St Louis area and Topeka, KS, all of whom were willing to convince me to buy the one on their lot. However, Jessica, quickly realized that we had very specific criteria for our next car and did a thorough search among all of these dealerships for what we wanted to buy, not what they wanted to sell. Not only did she find a few vehicles for us that would fit our needs, she went out of her way to make sure that we had exactly the warranties that we would need for that vehicle to serve us during its life cycle. We did unfortunately wind up paying more for the vehicle than we would have paid with the dealership that had it on the lot hours out of town; however, the additional cost was more than justified by the service provided by the Jessica and the rest of the Lucas Smith team! In the end, we are very satisfied customers! Now that we have our Pacifica Hybrid and have used it for our first road-trip, I can only say positive things about it!! It was worth the research to find the right car working with the right dealership. If you are thinking electric or hybrid, this is a very excellent choice! More
