Incentives advertised on their internet pages did not apply in our situation. Low trade in offers from some dealers. But then i found a new Ram truck online at Lucas Smith and decided to stop and have a look. Rick (our salesman) helped me get into the truck i wanted at the advertised price with a great trade in value thanks also to Pete. Should have saved the headaches elsewhere and went to these guys first. Won't make that mistake next time. More

Not your average dealership. Going to a dealership to buy a car is never on my list of things I love to do. The back and forth numbers game, the way most salesmen talk to me becau Going to a dealership to buy a car is never on my list of things I love to do. The back and forth numbers game, the way most salesmen talk to me because I’m a woman, or trying to talk me Into something I don’t want. Lucas Smith did none of those things! We worked with Alex, who took his time to understand WHY my husband and I were trading in our Yukon and looking for a Cherokee. At one point our eyes caught a great looking Grand Cherokee, and instead of letting my husband try and justify buying it, he was great at keeping us on track with purchasing the best vehicle for US, When we finally found the Cherokee we wanted it came time for the dreaded “numbers talk”. We told them where we needed to be on payments and they went to work. Pete came over and talked numbers and they just weren’t where we needed them. This was on a Saturday at 5pm so all banks were closed. There was no pressure when we said no, and Alex and Pete ASKED if we could continue working numbers on Monday, the never assumed anything. Monday rolled around and Alex was on the phone first thing with my husband working different incentives to make everything work, and he did! Alex and Pete worked their tales off getting us where we needed to be! Monday evening we are on our way to the dealership to sign for our new Cherokee and a family emergency happens for the finance lady. No biggie, family come first, we will just come back Tuesday to get the car and sign, right? NOPE! They told us they promised the car today, and told us to come get it! They put dealer tags on it and let me drive it off the lot. Alex and Pete worked their butts off to get us in the best Jeep for our family. They really care about people here and treat you as such. When I’m ready to trade my Cherokee on for a Grand Cherokee, there is no other dealership I will go to. More
