Very patient and answer all of your questions. Their service after the sale just can't be beat. We had an issue with the first car we purchased from them. Chrysler and the warranty company said no. Dennis and Brad didn't hesitate to say yes and fixed the problem two years after the sale. Customer service is alive and well at Lucas Smith. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. The entire staff is amazing. More
Vehicle purchase was simple and straightforward Rick Lucas was very helpful and was able to acquire the vehicle we found online at another dealer. We were not as pleased when we told Jackie we were NOT INTERESTED in purchasing the extended warranty. At that point, we felt she should have gone on to the next part of the financing paperwork instead of getting pushy about why we did not want the warranty. More
