He went with us explaining all of the features of the car. My wife fell in love with the car and as promised the price posted was the price we paid. While they are a smaller dealership, they had a nice inventory to chose from. While we waited for finance Alex helped my wife set up her phone and showed her some more of the bells and whistles. Magnificent salesman Alex was great. We went in on a Tuesday at 5pm and there wasn’t a single person that made us feel pressured since they closed at 6. There was no pus Alex was great. We went in on a Tuesday at 5pm and there wasn’t a single person that made us feel pressured since they closed at 6. There was no push to get us out the door. My wife and I found what we wanted drove it and signed papers to buy it. Since banks were closed they put the paperwork through the next morning and gave me a call and said that it was our van. I was able to sign via internet. My wife took 3 kids in to finish the paperwork at the store. The girls in the office brought the kids snacks and things the keep them occupied which was very helpful. She was there a grand total of an hour and they were out the door in a brand new Pacifica. I will be returning to buy a new truck when the time comes. More
