Pete Chinetti chatted with me online and Doug Marler responded quickly by e-mail to my questions. I showed up to test-drive a 2019 Jeep Trailhawk and the next day, it was mine. Once the purchase was complete, Pete gave me the most thorough tour of a vehicle I have ever had, which I really appreciated. The only thing that could have made me happier is if my tow package had included a hitch for the vehicle (seems like a hitch should be included in a tow package!). With the necessary part on backorder, I'm now waiting weeks for installation. More
