Have give Lucas Smith Jeep a 1 because it will not allow a zero or negative number. My Son found a Jeep Wrangler here and called to get information, Sales Rep. talked to Sales Manager Pete, then advised my a zero or negative number. My Son found a Jeep Wrangler here and called to get information, Sales Rep. talked to Sales Manager Pete, then advised my Son that they would not sell him this Jeep because 1) he was going to pay cash and not finance through Chrysler, 2) he lived so far away that he would likely not get the vehicle serviced and repaired at their dealership, and 3) he did not have a trade in. They told him that if they sold him the vehicle, they would not have anything on the lot for people to see or drive if they came in. I called Pete later and basically was told the same, except, he told me with the shortage of vehicles and computer chips for new vehicles, it would be months for them to get another Wrangler on the lot to replace this one. I can not believe this experience and find it discriminatory . More
