I have bought several vehicles in the last 9 years, but none have been from a dealership. The service from the dealership, most notably, my salesman, Doug Marler, made me recall what I was missing, by not none have been from a dealership. This was a 4 month process and Doug kept me informed through the whole process. When I picked the car up, Doug spent a lot of time with me, teaching me the technical capabilities of this vehicles. He did his best, but I'm sure I will have trouble remembering it all. Doug assured me that would not be a problem. He told me to " just stop by and I will teach you how to fix what you're not happy with." I hope he doesn't regret that offer! Any more vehicles....I will go back to Lucas-Smith, and Doug Marler. Our sales person, Patti Bright, was absolutely amazing! She was warm, friendly, no pressure, excited about her job, and even played with my kids during the whole process which as you know, does take some t She was warm, friendly, no pressure, excited about her job, and even played with my kids during the whole process which as you know, does take some time. However, the lady that was getting us our rate and all the financially details in order was very brusk and rude. After she finally got us a deal we could agree too, she then warmed up and became much more pleasant. She honestly almost lost this sale for Patti. Although we had been enjoying our time there with her and were excited about our potential new purchase, I was fully ready to walk after that other woman approached us in the manner she did, regardless of the offer she was going to be able to get us. Patti SAVED this sale and I’m sure she has saved several before us and will continue to long after. She is amazing and I honestly feel like she is apart of the family.
