I like Lucas Honda I always have a good experience at Lucas Honda. I've been getting my cars serviced there for 14 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff in the Service department were all friendly, informative, prompt, and very competent. On this particular occasion, I was having our 2010 Honda CRV serviced. The CRV has the Honda Platinum Service Plan which makes the trip even more enjoyable. I was given an informative summary when I picked up the vehicle; basically indicating the services performed and an overall rating that the vehicle was very road worthy in all aspects. A real "feel good" thing to hear. I've never had a bad experience visiting the Honda Service department in the 15 or so years I've had Honda vehicles. We are a Honda family, with four Hondas or more parked at our house at any given time. Keep up the good work! I love the new furniture and amenities in the waiting area. And, the pastry and coffee provided guests is out of sight. More

I called ahead and made an appointment for servicing. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and they took my car in the shop within 10 minutes. It was ready within an hour. The waiting room was relaxing and there were snacks and drinks if you wanted. I could see in the shop to see what stage my car was in. It was washed and vacuumed when it was returned to me.
