Horrible! I Lucas Honda call the tow truck company and had to go pick up my vehicle today, they picked up the wrong car and grab my neighbors car by mistake, I had to reimburse my neighbor after they had to make a replace report because he thought their car was stolen for two days loss of work. I didn’t finally have the car in Lucas Honda and they do an inspection and it takes them a month and a half to get back to me, so by that time the military has already spent The money they had. If anything in body knows anything about the military at the end of the fiscal year they have to spend the remaining amount of money so they still get the same amount for the next fiscal year well due to it taking longer than necessary. I missed out on that money. So then I get income tax and I’m going to Lucas Honda and I decide to pay for everything myself. I spent $500 on the toe and then I had to pay another $2500 for my car to be worked on! After waiting six months for the part, I was then told that my engine was out and I needed an entire engine because the valves for a bit. I went in to talk to them about this, wanting to know why when I spent the $2500 to order all the parts, we didn’t speak about a new engine, or Val spent, and they did not have an answer, instead whispered in a little huddle, where they didn’t think I could hear they all spoke about how they feel I was trying to blame it on them and that it wasn’t going to happen not today not any day, and that’s quoting them when I approached them and explained I wasn’t blaming anything. I just wanted to understand how we went from only needing certain parts to six months later when the parts come in telling me, I need a whole engine and the only thing they could do was be combative and defensive, because they thought I was trying to just blame them, even though they had no explanation! I got upset and ask for the GM and some guy claiming to be bill. The president of the company came out and told me to leave or he’s gonna call the cops after two other managers approach me very aggressive, threatening to kick me out.! I was not cussing I was not screaming. I was a little bit upset, and my voice might’ve been raised a bit, but I don’t understand how someone working in customer service. Don’t know how to deal with customers that are upset. I also don’t understand how you’re gonna blatantly blame a customer instead of trying to figure out what’s going on! These people have no professionalism, I didn’t even mention how Terry my service manager only spoke to me and called me three or four times on his own and at every other time I had to call them to find out what’s going on in my car! Don’t get a Honda and especially don’t buy it from Lucas Lucas Honda is terrible and Honda doesn’t have parts so apparently if your car breaks down, you have to wait months to get a part because from what Lucas Honda told me there’s only one factory making all the parts for the whole world! More

Everyone is very friendly and honest, they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Service is thorough, checking everything and leaving you a report on what they find, both good and bad. Purchased a 2017 Acura. After signing all paper work and paying the cost, we were told there was only one (number 2) key fob. It cost almost $300 to get a new one. Also, on the test drive, we felt a shutter and vibration in the front wheels. The dealership reached out to us and supplied a new key fob, fixed the front brake problem and updated the nav system as promised. They were very attentive and polite.
