Best service dept in town. Excellent service, they are the reason I will purchase again at Lucas Honda. I have the platinum plan. I only have to call day prior. They get in right in and out as fast as possible. They have maintained vehicle and have repaired/replaced things that would not be covered under plan. I now have 40,000 miles on car and never once been told I need to buy or repair anything for a fee. I overhear other customers in waiting room that do not have the platinum plan and they all seem to be treated fair. They truly do treat you like your satisfaction is important. As a female I've never experienced such a positive experience at a service dept. until Lucas Honda. More

Lucas checked…said NO PROBLEM. could have done work & charged me because I thought it was necessary. DIDN'T. etc. etc. More

This last visit was handled by Fred who informed me as to what was I have never had a problem going to Lucas Honda for service of my 2001 Honda Civic. This last visit was handled by Fred who informed me as to what was due and though I had not planned on spending what I did I know my car was in good hands. I was glad that Fred kept me informed of the progress of what was being done and how much longer we had to wait. He was up front and did not pressure me into getting anything done that was needed.
