Oil change and 30,000 mile service They put on the paper that they washed yhe car when they didn't cause I said they didn't have to and to sit in the service area where the TV was at an They put on the paper that they washed yhe car when they didn't cause I said they didn't have to and to sit in the service area where the TV was at and cannot change the channel cause the channel it was on was boring I myself plus I guard some other customers wanting to change the channel and the lady at the counter said they couldn't change it please fix that problem why should us customers sit there and watch something that is not very interesting to us? Mr Keene went out of his way to return calls, see the car at MY convenience and took photos. Within 24 hrs Mr Keene had an answer from Honda that they would replace the whole sunroom and not "patch" the roof. I will continue to buy my cars from Lucas. My family has bought 4. Thank you John Keene, you represent the Honda name and Lucas Honda is lucky to have such an outstanding Service Manager! More

Courteous service My car was ready for an oil change. I needed to be at a meeting in a neighboring county and didn't want to trust driving my car that far. I called and My car was ready for an oil change. I needed to be at a meeting in a neighboring county and didn't want to trust driving my car that far. I called and asked if I could bring my car in and leave it while I had another way to get to my meeting. The answer was "of course". When I returned to pick up my car, it was already serviced, vacuumed inside, and then washed. All this for an oil change! Thanks much Lucas Honda! More

As far as I can tell, service is excellent including cleaning the inside of my windshield. They always return my car with an outside was job and it is certainly appreciated. Have only used Lucas Honda since we moved to this area and definitely do not plans to change. Love this dealership! More

Honest, friendly, professional I go to Lucas because i know they will treat my CRV with careful attention. I feel confident that if they tell me my car needs a new cabin filter, f I go to Lucas because i know they will treat my CRV with careful attention. I feel confident that if they tell me my car needs a new cabin filter, for example, that it's true, because when I bring it up and ask them to check, they often will tell me it did not need to be changed yet. They will let me know if they see something that will need attending to in the near future (tire wear, for example). I bought my car there and will go; back when it's time for a new one. More
