Courteous service My car was ready for an oil change. I needed to be at a meeting in a neighboring county and didn't want to trust driving my car that far. I called and asked if I could bring my car in and leave it while I had another way to get to my meeting. The answer was "of course". I feel confident that if they tell me my car needs a new cabin filter, for example, that it's true, because when I bring it up and ask them to check, they often will tell me it did not need to be changed yet. They will let me know if they see something that will need attending to in the near future (tire wear, for example). I bought my car there and will go; back when it's time for a new one. More
