Don't trust the service and warranty claims After a long process of getting my car fix with a simple problem of a vent that it's attached to the navigation system the service manager Jhon Keene After a long process of getting my car fix with a simple problem of a vent that it's attached to the navigation system the service manager Jhon Keene didn't wanted to order the parts needed to complete the task stating they were not necessary...the Touring 2016 Pilot has now a gap in the top vent that you can fit a penny in it and even with a extended 5 year warranty that should covers anything like this. By the way it was their technician that recommended to replace the panel that comes with the vents frames. I though Honda it's all about quality in service I was wrong with this dealer. American Honda told me to get attorney assistance!!! If I want this resolved. More
